CIR: deposito Statuto sociale che recepisce la modifica del vesting period

Milano, 23 marzo 2020 – CIR S.p.A. – Compagnie Industriali Riunite rende noto che lo Statuto sociale che recepisce la modifica dell'art. 8 è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della società, sul sito internet (www.cirgroup.it) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket STORAGE.

Come deliberato dall'Assemblea straordinaria del 29 aprile 2019, a far data dal 30° giorno successivo alla data di efficacia della fusione (19 febbraio 2020), è divenuta efficace la modifica dell'art. 8, commi 6, lett. a) e b) e 8, relativa all'estensione del vesting period da 24 a 48 mesi.

Milan, March 23 2020 – CIR S.p.A. – Compagnie Industriali Riunite announces that its Company Bylaws containing the amendment to Art. 8 are available to the public at the registered headquarters of the company, on the website www.cirgroup.com and on the authorized storage mechanism eMarket STORAGE.

As approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 29 2019, as from the 30th day after the date on which the merger took effect (February 19 2020) the amendment of Art. 8, paragraph 6, letters a) and b) regarding the extension of the vesting period from 24 to 48 months became effective.
