MONDO TV: Aggiornamento Calendario Eventi Societari

24 marzo 2020 - Mondo TV S.p.A. comunica che la seduta del Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del progetto di bilancio d'esercizio e del bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2019, prevista per il giorno 27 marzo 2020, sarà posticipata alla data del 30 marzo 2020 per ragioni di organizzazione interna.

Eventuali ulteriori variazioni del Calendario Eventi Societari saranno tempestivamente comunicate al mercato.

PRESS RELEASE MONDO TV: Calendar of Corporate Events - Update

24 March 2020 - Mondo TV S.p.A. informs that the Board of Directors meeting called for the approval of the draft balance sheet and consolidated balance sheet as of 31 December 2019, set on March 27, 2020 will be held on March 30, 2020 due to internal organizational reasons.

Possible further changes to the Calendar of Corporate Events will be timely communicated as applicable.
