FIERA MILANO: PUBBLICAZIONE DOCUMENTAZIONE

Milano, 25 marzo 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano") comunica che, con riferimento all'Assemblea Ordinaria degli Azionisti convocata per il 20 aprile 2020, sono stati resi disponibili, nella giornata odierna, presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa della Società:

• a) la Relazione Finanziaria Annuale al 31 dicembre 2019, unitamente alle relazioni della società di revisione e del Collegio Sindacale;
• b) la Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario 2019 ai sensi del D.Lgs. 254/2016, corredata dalla relazione della società di revisione;
• c) la Relazione sul Governo Societario e gli Assetti Proprietari ai sensi D.Lgs. n. 58/1998;
• d) la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ai sensi del D.Lgs. n. 58/1998.

Si comunica altresì che il testo aggiornato dello statuto sociale, adeguato alle nuove previsioni della L. 160/2019 in materia di riparto tra i generi dei membri degli organi sociali, è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale e la sede operativa e amministrativa della Società.

La suddetta documentazione è consultabile sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it nella sezione Investitori e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato .

La versione inglese della Relazione Finanziaria Annuale e della Dichiarazione consolidata di carattere non finanziario sarà resa disponibile prossimamente.

FIERA MILANO: PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS

Milan, 25 March 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. ("Fiera Milano") communicates that, with reference to the Ordinary Shareholders' meeting convened for 20 April 2020, the following documents have been made available at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters:

• a. The Annual Report at 31 December 2019, together with the independent auditor's report and the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors;
• b. The 2019 Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 254/2016, together with the independent auditor's report;
• c. Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structure pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998;
• d. Report on remuneration policy and remuneration paid pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 58/98.

Fiera Milano also communicates that the updated text of the Company Articles of Association, amended in accordance to the new provisions of the Italian Law no. 160/2019 concerning gender equilibrium in the corporate bodies, has been made available at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters of the Company.

The English version of the Annual Report and the Consolidated Disclosure of Non-Financial Information will be available in the near future.
