POSTE ITALIANE: REPORT ON THE REMUNERATION POLICY AND ON THE AMOUNTS PAID HAS BEEN PUBLISHED

Rome, 26 March 2020 – As announced to the market on last 20 March 2020, Poste Italiane S.p.A. informs that the "Report on the remuneration policy and on the amounts paid" – prepared in accordance to article 154-ter of the Legislative Decree 24 February 1998, n. 58 – is available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's internet website (www.posteitaliane.it), as well as at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket Storage" ().
