PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF MAY 6, 2020

Rome, 27 March 2020 - Avio S.p.A. ("Avio" or "Company") informs that the illustrative report of points 3 (Appointment of the Board of Directors) and 4 (Appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the years 2020-2022) on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting convened for 6 May 2020, is available to the public at the legal headquarters in Via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website (www.avio.com, Investor Relations Section, Shareholders' Meeting 2020") and at the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ().).
The additional documentation relating to the Assembly, for by the current legislation, will be made available to the public, according with the applicable law.
