Mondo TV chiude accordo di licensing con Maikii sulla property di terzi "The Gruffalo"

31 marzo 2020 – Mondo TV, uno dei maggiori produttori e distributori europei di contenuti animati, ha annunciato la chiusura di un accordo di licensing con la società di Treviso Maikii Srl, del gruppo MKI Group S.r.l., per la fabbricazione e distribuzione in Italia di audio storie collegati i personaggi del fenomeno editoriale The Gruffalo, andato in onda su Rai.

La licenza avrà durata circa triennale, e prevede il pagamento di un ammontare c.d. minimo garantito, e royalties dopo il supero del suddetto minimo garantito.

L'accordo, sebbene di importo in sé non significativo, rappresenta l'ingresso della Mondo TV in un mercato di nicchia ad oggi mai sfruttato dal gruppo, grazie ad una property ben conosciuta sia in Italia che all'estero.

Mondo TV executed a licensing agreement with Maikii on the third party IP named "The Gruffalo"

31 March 2020 - Mondo TV, one of the major European producers and distributors of animated content, has announced the execution of a licensing agreement with the Treviso based company Maikii Srl, part of the MKI Group Srl group, for the manufacture and distribution in Italy of audio stories connected to the characters of the publishing phenomenon The Gruffalo, aired on Rai.

The license will have a duration of about three years, and provides for the payment of a so-called minimum guaranteed amount, and royalties after recoupment of the aforementioned guaranteed minimum.

The agreement, although of an insignificant amount in itself, represents the entrance of Mondo TV in a niche market that has never been exploited by the group to date, thanks to a property famous both in Italy and abroad.
