LACK SUBMISSION OF MINORITY LISTS FOR THE ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF AUDITORS

In compliance with Article 144-octies, paragraph 2, of Consob's Rule we hereby inform about the lack submission minority lists for the election of the Board of Auditors within the time of article 144-sexies of the Consob's Rule; is therefore set a further deadline for submission to April 8, 2020, the shares for the lists can not be less than 1.25%.
