REMUNERATION REPORT'S INTEGRATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE 123-ter T.U.F

Today has been sent to Borsa Italiana SpA and published on company website www.irce.it an integration of the Remuneration Report policy in compliance with articles 123-ter of the TUF and 84-quater of the Issuers Regulation.

The production is deployed in 4 facilities in Italy and 5 facilities abroad: Nijmegen (NI), Blackburn (UK), Joinville SC (Brazil), Kochi (India) and Kierspe (Germany).
