ASCOPIAVE S.p.A.: Shareholders' agreements

Pursuant to the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, Ascopiave disseminates to the public the extract of the shareholders' agreement between the shareholders sent to Ascopiave pursuant to art. 122, par. 1 of Italian Legislative Decree dated 24th February 1998, no. 58 and published by the parties to the shareholders' agreement in the national newspaper "Italia Oggi" on 8th April 2020.

Pursuant to articles 65-quinquies, 65-sexies and 65-septies of the Issuers' Regulation, such extract is available to the public at the registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the authorised storage mechanism "e Market STORAGE" () of Spafid Connect S.p.A., as well as in the Corporate Governance section of the website www.gruppoascopiave.it.

A copy of the extract of the shareholders' agreement published in the aforementioned national newspaper is also available in the Corporate Governance section of the website www.gruppoascopiave.it .
