15 aprile 2020. Facendo seguito alle informative rese al mercato nelle precedenti occasioni, Exprivia - società quotata al segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - rende noto che l'assemblea dei soci della controllata Italtel Spa, tenutasi in data odierna in seconda convocazione, ha deliberato di aggiornare l'assemblea, convocata per i provvedimenti ai sensi dell'art. 2447 del codice civile, a nuova data.
La decisione è stata presa alla luce della domanda prenotativa presentata da Italtel il 2 aprile u.s. nonché alla luce dei contatti con il ceto creditizio di Italtel e con possibili soggetti finanziatori per una operazione di risanamento e rilancio di Italtel.

April 15, 2020. Following the disclosures made to the market on previous communications, Exprivia - a company listed on the STAR segment of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] - informs that the shareholders' meeting of the subsidiary Italtel S.p.A., held today on second call, has resolved to update the shareholders' meeting, called for measures pursuant to art. 2447 of the Codice Civile, to a new date.
The decision was made given the application for admission to the composition with creditors procedure presented by Italtel on the 2 nd April, as well as given the contacts with the lending banks of Italtel and with possible financing entities for a consolidation and relaunch operation of Italtel.
