16/04/2020 PRESS RELEASE
Trieste – We hereby inform that the share capital of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts now to € 1.576,052,047 due to the completion of the share capital increase, in execution of the Long Term Incentive Plan 2017 adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company on April 27th, 2017.
Indeed, the inscription of the document certifying such increase has been formally lodged on April 16th, 2020 with the Venezia Giulia Company's Register.
Therefore, as illustrated in the following table, the above-mentioned capital is subdivided into 1.576,052,047 ordinary shares of 1.00 euro each (par value).
