Report on the purchase of treasury shares

Brugine, April 17, 2020 – Carel Industries S.p.A. announces that during the period from April 14, 2020 through April 17, 2020 it acquired no. 21,776 treasury shares for a total consideration of 242,458.88 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on April 15, 2019.
