Saipem: pubblicate le risposte alle domande degli azionisti per l'assemblea del 29 aprile 2020
San Donato Milanese (MI), 27 aprile 2020 – In relazione alla prossima Assemblea degli azionisti del 29 aprile 2020, per la quale è prevista la partecipazione esclusivamente per il tramite del Rappresentante Designato Avv. Dario Trevisan, Saipem comunica che le risposte alle domande, fatte pervenire dagli azionisti entro il termine del 22 aprile 2020, sono disponibili sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo: www.saipem.com /governance/assemblea degli azionisti.
