RELATECH: ESAMINATI TALUNI DATI CONSOLIDATI AL 31 MARZO 2020

• RICAVI DALLE VENDITE IN CRESCITA DEL 16%
• RICAVI RICORRENTI IN CRESCITA DEL 31%
• RICAVI DA CLIENTI ESTERI IN CRESCITA DEL 10%, PARI AL 56% DEL TOTALE
• GENERAZIONE DI CASSA NEL TRIMESTRE PARI A EURO 0,8 MLN, AL NETTO DEL BUY BACK DI EURO 1,34 MLN

Milano, 28 aprile 2020

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Company ("D.E.S.C.") e PMI Innovativa quotata su AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT), comunica che in data odierna il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società, riunitosi in audio conferenza, ha esaminato taluni dati gestionali economico-finanziari, non assoggettati a revisione contabile, al 31 marzo 2020.

ANALISI DEI RICAVI

I Ricavi delle Vendite consolidati al 31 marzo 2020 sono pari ad Euro 4 milioni circa, in crescita del 16% circa rispetto a Euro 3,46 milioni al 31 marzo 2019.

La quota di ricavi ricorrenti è pari ad Euro 1,05 milioni, in crescita del 31% rispetto a Euro 0,80 milioni al 31 marzo 2019 ed è pari al 26% dei Ricavi dalle Vendite.

La quota di ricavi verso clienti esteri è in aumento del 10% rispetto allo stesso periodo dell'anno precedente, attestandosi al 56% circa dei Ricavi.

La crescita dei ricavi è avvenuta grazie:

• i) al business model di Relatech incentrato sulla piattaforma cloud-based RePlatform, grazie alla quale sono possibili e naturalmente facilitate le attività di cross-selling e upselling sui clienti esistenti e,
• ii) all'acquisizione di nuovi clienti nei settori telco, logistica e farmaceutico.

ANALISI DEL CASH FLOW DI PERIODO

La Posizione Finanziaria Netta consolidata al 31 marzo 2020 è negativa (cioè cassa) e pari a Euro 0,153 milioni rispetto a una Posizione Finanziaria Netta negativa (cassa) pari ad Euro 0,7 milioni al 31 dicembre 2019. Si segnala che hanno inciso sull'assorbimento di cassa e, conseguentemente, sulla Posizione Finanziaria Netta a fine trimestre, gli acquisti di azioni proprie effettuati, pari a Euro 1,34 milioni. Al netto di quanto sopra, la generazione di cassa nel trimestre è stata pari a circa Euro 0,80 milioni.

Pasquale Lambardi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Relatech, ha così dichiarato: "La crescita del primo trimestre, avvenuta interamente per linee interne, conferma la validità strategica del nostro modello di business e la capacità di generare cassa. Grazie alla prevedibilità dei flussi di cassa, i ricavi ricorrenti sono pari al 26% del totale dei ricavi, e al magazzino titoli a disposizione sarà possibile accelerare ulteriormente il nostro percorso di crescita senza gravare sugli azionisti. Il nostro target sono aziende che propongono soluzioni innovative nelle tecnologie dei "digital enablers", con l'obiettivo di potenziare la nostra offerta e consolidare il nostro posizionamento competitivo."

Silvio Cosoleto, Vice President of Sales, ha così commentato: "Il mondo nelle ultime settimane è definitivamente cambiato e l'innovazione, a nostro avviso, sarà sempre più rilevante nelle scelte strategiche aziendali. Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Company ("D.E.S.C.") and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), announces that today the Company's Board of Directors, meeting in audio conference, examined certain economic and financial management data, not subject to auditing, as of March 31, 2020.

REVENUE ANALYSIS

Consolidated Sales Revenues at March 31, 2020 are equal to approximately Euro 4 million, an increase of approximately 16% compared to Euro 3.46 million at March 31, 2019.

The portion of recurring revenues is equal to Euro 1.05 million, an increase of 31% compared to Euro 0.80 million as of March 31st2019 and is equal to 26% of Sales Revenues.

The share of revenues from foreign customers increased by 10% compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching around 56% of Revenues.

Revenue growth occurred thanks to:

• i) Relatech business model focused on the cloud-based platform RePlatform, thanks to which cross-selling and up-selling activities on existing customers are possible and naturally facilitated and,
• ii) the acquisition of new customers in the telco, logistics and pharmaceutical sectors.

PERIOD CASH FLOW ANALYSIS

The consolidated Net Financial Position at March 31, 2020 is negative (ie cash) and equal to Euro 0.153 million compared to a negative Net Financial Position (cash) equal to Euro 0,7 million at December 31, 2019. It is reported that they affected the absorption of cash and, consequently, on the Net Financial Position at the end of the quarter, the purchases of treasury shares made, equal to Euro 1,34 million. Net of the above, cash flow in the quarter was approximately € 0,80 million.

Pasquale Lambardi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Relatech, said: ""The growth in the first quarter, which took place by internal lines, confirms the strategic validity of our business model and the ability to generate cash. Thanks to the predictability of cash flows, recurring revenues are equal to 26% of total revenues, and our available stocks, it will be possible to further accelerate our growth path without weighing on shareholders. Our target are companies that offer innovative solutions in "digital enablers" technologies, with the aim of enhancing our offer and consolidating our competitive positioning."

Silvio Cosoleto, Vice President of Sales, commented: "The world has definitely changed in recent weeks and innovation, in our opinion, will be increasingly relevant in strategic company decisions.
