NOTICE OF HALF YEAR RESULTS

AO World plc ("the Group" or "AO"), the UK's most trusted online electrical retailer, expects to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2024 on the morning of Tuesday, 26 November 2024.

An in-person results presentation hosted by John Roberts, Founder & CEO and Mark Higgins, CFO, will be held in London at 09.00am (GMT), followed immediately by a live Q&A session.
