Resignation of Director Paola Schwizer

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 30 April 2020

We inform you that today, Servizi Italia has received the resignation with immediate effect of the Director Paola Schwizer, who resigned as director of Servizi Italia, due to the sum of professional commitments.

Paola Schwizer, elected on 20 April 2018 from the list presented by the majority shareholder Aurum S.p.A., was qualified as independent non-executive Director and she was a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Control and Risk Committee, also being Lead Independent Director.

We herewith specify that the resigning Director:

• i. is not entitled to indemnities or other benefits following termination of office;
• ii. at the date of her resignation, she holds no share of Servizi Italia S.p.A.
