El.En. S.p.A.: publication of the notice of calling of Shareholders' meeting and of the documentation about the Issues of agenda of the meeting

Florence, May 5th 2020 – El.En. S.p.A., leader on the laser market and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, hereby gives notice to its Shareholders that the calling of the Shareholders' ordinary meeting, convened on June 4th 2020 first call and on June 18th 2020 second call, has today been published on newspaper "ITALIA OGGI" by an extract.

The whole notice of calling has been published on the Company's website www.elengroup.com section Investor Relations/Governance/shareholders' meeting documents/2020/shareholders' meeting June 4th 2020 – June 18th 2020, at Borsa Italiana s.p.a, (eMarket SDIR) and a copy of the calling is now available at the Company's registered office and on the authorized storage website .

The company announces that the documentation about the Issues of the agenda of the Shareholders' ordinary meeting is now available at the Company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. published on the website www.elengroup.com (section "Investor Relations/ Governance/shareholders' meeting documents/2020/shareholders' meeting June 4th 2020 – June 18th 2020) and on the authorized storage website .

Further documents will be made available to the public in the manner and timing required by law.
