ASCOPIAVE: Amendment of the press release of the Shareholders' Meeting of 29th May 2020

With reference to the press release of the Shareholders' Meeting published yesterday, the company specifies that the percentage of the share capital owned by Asco Holding S.p.A. is 52.043% instead of 51.043% reported in the same press release.
