Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 25 May – 29 May 2020

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 30 May 2020

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 25 May and 29 May 2020 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 28April 2020 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 8,276 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.026% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.3993 per share, for a total of Euro 19,856.31.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 25 May and 29 May 2020 are enclosed.
