Ascopiave S.p.A. ("Ascopiave") herein notifies that it has today made available to the public, at the company headquarters and at the Company's internet website (www.gruppoascopiave.it) under "Corporate Governance", and on the authorised regulated IT platform "eMarket SDIR-eMarket Storage" by Spafid Connect S.p.A., the new Articles of Association – highlighting the amendments – as modified consequent to the resolutions adopted by the Ascopiave Extraordinary Meeting held on 29th May 2020.
