FIERA MILANO: ATTRIBUZIONE DELEGHE OPERATIVE

Milano, 18 giugno 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. informa che, facendo seguito alle dimissioni del Dottor Fabrizio Curci, il Consiglio di Amministrazione, riunitosi in data odierna, ha deliberato di conferire le deleghe operative al Dottor Carlo Bonomi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione.

Le deleghe operative sono state conferite nel rispetto del Piano di Successione della Società, assicurando la continuità e la stabilità della gestione.

FIERA MILANO: ALLOCATION OF POWERS OF ORDINARY ADMINISTRATION

Milan, 18 June 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. announces that, following the resignation of Fabrizio Curci, the Board of Directors met today and conferred powers of ordinary administration on Carlo Bonomi, Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The executive powers were conferred in accordance with the Company's Succession Plan, ensuring continuity and stability of management.
