ASCOPIAVE: Report on the purchase of treasury shares

Ascopiave S.p.A. herein notifies that it has undertaken the Programme relating to the purchase and sale of its own shares approved by Ascopiave S.p.A. Shareholders' Meeting held on 29th May 2020.

Ascopiave announces today that the Company purchased on the automated share market, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholders' Meeting held on 29th May 2020, in the period between 15.06.2020 and 19.06.2020 no. 99,747 ordinary shares at an average price of Euro 3.9007 per share, for a total of Euro 389,081.86.

On the basis of information provided by the intermediary appointed for the repurchase of the shares, the details of the purchases of treasury shares on the MTA (Mercato Telematico Azionario) on a daily basis are reported below:

Following these operations, Ascopiave now directly holds a total of no. 12,094,352 treasuary shares, equal to 5.159% of the share capital.
