Publication of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting minutes and of the updated Company by Laws

Registration in the Company Register of the resolution to cancel 1,470,217 own shares in the portfolio with no reduction of Share Capital

Vimercate (MB), 23 June 2020 - Esprinet informs that the minutes of the resolutions adopted during the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 25 May 2020 and updated Company By Laws are available to the public at the Company headquarter, and at the storage system eMarket Storage on the internet address . The documents are also available on the internet site www.esprinet.com, Investor Relations section, Corporate Documents, 2020 Shareholders' Meeting.

The Company also informs that the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the cancellation of no. 1,470,217 own shares in the portfolio, with no reduction of Share Capital, was registered in the Company Register of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi on 22 June 2020.
