UPDATE OF 2020 FINANCIAL CALENDAR
The meeting of the Board of Directors to approve 1H 2020 Consolidated Results has been postponed to August 5th, 2020

Aeffe Spa informs that the Board of Directors to approve 1H 2020 consolidated financial results has been postponed to August 5th 2020 rather than on July 30th 2020 as communicated in December 2019.
We would like to communicate you the dates of the Aeffe's 2020 Financial Calendar: August 5th 2020: Board of Directors approves 1H 2020 consolidated results and relative conference call; November 11th 2020: Board of Directors approves 9M 2020 consolidated results and relative conference call.
