RELATECH: NOTIFICATO A CONSOB L'AGGIORNAMENTO DEL KID SUI "WARRANT RELATECH 2019 – 2022"

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Company (D.E.S.C.) e PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT), comunica che in data 25 giugno 2020 ha notificato agli uffici competenti di Consob l'aggiornamento del KID sui "Relatech Warrant 2019 – 2022", come previsto dalla vigente normativa.

Il KID (Key Information Document) è un documento informativo sintetico e standardizzato predisposto con l'obiettivo di raffigurare le caratteristiche del prodotto in modalità facilmente fruibile e comprensibile per l'investitore, in base al Regolamento Europeo in materia di PRIIPs relativo ai prodotti d'investimento al dettaglio e assicurativi preassemblati, con cui si vuole garantire la comparabilità tra i diversi prodotti e aumentare il grado di trasparenza delle informazioni riguardanti tali strumenti.

The KID (Key Information Document) is a synthetic and standardized information document prepared with the aim of depicting the characteristics of the product in an easily usable and understandable way for the investor, based on the European PRIIPs Regulation relating to the products of retail investment and preassembled insurance, with which we want to guarantee the comparability between the different products and increase the degree of transparency of the information regarding these instruments
