Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 22 June – 26 June 2020

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 29 June 2020

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 22 June and 26 June 2020 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 28April 2020 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 4,800 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.015% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.3709 per share, for a total of Euro 11,380.08.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 22 June and 26 June 2020 are enclosed.
