AGGIORNAMENTO CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI 2020

Biadene di Montebelluna, 29 Giugno 2020 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Geox S.p.A., società quotata alla Borsa di Milano (GEO.MI), tra i leader nel settore delle calzature classiche e casual, si è riunito in forma telematica in data odierna per approvare, ai sensi dell'art. 2.6.2 del Regolamento dei Mercati Organizzati e Gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., un aggiornamento al calendario degli eventi societari 2020 pubblicato in data 10 Gennaio u.s..

A tale riguardo si comunica che in data 30 Luglio 2020 è previsto l'esame (con successiva comunicazione al mercato) dei dati preliminari (ricavi e posizione finanziaria netta) al 30 Giugno 2020 mentre il Consiglio di Amministrazione per l' approvazione della relazione semestrale 2020 si terrà il giorno 17 Settembre 2020.

La decisione risponde all'esigenza di fornire al CDA e al mercato prima informazioni sull'andamento delle vendite e delle dinamiche finanziarie e, successivamente, anche un quadro, il più accurato possibile, sugli effetti delle azioni intraprese per contrastare gli impatti derivanti dalla pandemia COVID-19 e sulle previsioni annuali del Gruppo.

Il nuovo calendario risulta pertanto il seguente:

16 GENNAIO	Consiglio di Amministrazione: Esame Dati Preliminari (Ricavi Netti e Posizione Finanziaria Netta) al 31.12.2019
5 MARZO	Consiglio di Amministrazione: Approvazione del Progetto di Bilancio d'esercizio al 31.12.2019 e del Bilancio Consolidato
22 APRILE	Assemblea Ordinaria: Approvazione del Bilancio d'esercizio al 31.12.2019
7 MAGGIO	Consiglio di Amministrazione: Approvazione dell'Interim Management Statement al 31.03. 2020
30 LUGLIO	Consiglio di Amministrazione: Esame Dati Preliminari (Ricavi Netti e Posizione Finanziaria Netta) al 30.06.2020
17 SETTEMBRE	Consiglio di Amministrazione: Approvazione della Relazione Finanziaria semestrale al 30.06.2020
12 NOVEMBRE	Consiglio di Amministrazione: Approvazione dell'Interim Management Statement al 30.09.2020

La Società precisa che nell'Interim Management Statement viene inclusa l'informativa relativa ai ricavi consolidati del Gruppo.

Eventuali modifiche a ciascuna delle date sopra indicate verranno tempestivamente comunicate.

Il giorno 17 Settembre ed il giorno 12 Novembre si terranno anche le conference call per la presentazione dei dati finanziari alla Comunità Finanziaria indicativamente alle ore 17:40 CET.

FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2020 UPDATE

Biadene di Montebelluna, 29 June 2020 – The Board of Directors of Geox S.p.A., a leading brand in classic and casual footwear, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange (GEO.MI), met today via means of communications to approve, in compliance with article 2.6.2 of the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., an update to the 2020 financial calendar published on last January 10, 2020.

On this regard, we inform that the Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the Half Year Report as of June 30, 2020 will be held on September 17, 2020; on July 30, 2020 it is scheduled the review (with subsequent communication to the market) of the preliminary results (revenues and net financial position) as of June 30, 2020.

This decision meets the need to provide the BoD and the market, first of all, with information on sales performance and financial dynamics and, second of all, with the most accurate depiction possible of the effects of the measures taken to tackle the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Group's annual forecasts.

Here below the updated 2020 financial calendar:

JANUARY 16	Board of Directors: Review of the Preliminary Results (Net Sales and Net Financial Position) for the Fiscal Year 2019
MARCH 5	Board of Directors: Approval of the Draft Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2019
APRIL 22	Shareholders' meeting: Approval of the Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2019
MAY 7	Board of Directors: Approval of the Interim Management Statement at March 31, 2020
JULY 30	Board of Directors: Review of the Preliminary Results (Net Sales and Net Financial Position) for the six months period ended June 30, 2020
SEPTEMBER 17	Board of Directors: Approval of the Half Year Report for the six months period ended June 30, 2020
NOVEMBER 12	Board of Directors: Approval of the Interim Management Statement at September 30, 2020

The company informs that the Interim Management Statement includes information on revenues trend.

Any amendment of the aforesaid dates will be duly communicated.

On September 17, 2020 and November 12, 2020, Geox will also arrange dedicated investor conference calls to present results to the financial community at approx. 5:40 pm CET.
