RELATECH: COMUNICAZIONE CAMBIAMENTO SOSTANZIALE DELLA PARTECIPAZIONE KAIROS SGR S.P.A.

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Company (D.E.S.C.) e PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT) ("Relatech" o la "Società"), rende noto, ai sensi e per gli effetti della Disciplina sulla Trasparenza e dell'articolo 17 del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia, di aver ricevuto due distinte comunicazioni da parte di Kairos Partners SGR S.p.A., in virtù delle disposizioni di cui all'articolo 9 dello statuto sociale, ed in particolare:

• una comunicazione in data 7 luglio 2020, di riduzione della propria partecipazione al capitale di Relatech al di sotto della soglia del 5% possedendo n. 539.156 azioni (pari al 4,99% del capitale sociale); e
• una comunicazione in data 8 luglio 2020, di incremento della propria partecipazione al capitale di Relatech al di sopra della soglia del 5% possedendo n. 541.956 azioni (pari al 5,02% del capitale sociale).

Per effetto di quanto precede – e per quanto noto alla Società – gli azionisti "significativi" (detentori di una partecipazione al capitale sociale di Relatech superiore a 5%) sono i seguenti:

RELATECH: NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE IN THE PARTICIPATION KAIROS SGR S.P.A.

Milan, July 8 th 2020

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Company (D.E.S.C.) and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT) ("Relatech" or the "Company"), makes known, pursuant to and for the effects of the Discipline on Transparency and article 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers Regulation, to have received two separate communications from Kairos Partners SGR S.p.A., pursuant to the provisions of article 9 of the articles of association, and in particular:

• a communication on July 7, 2020, of a reduction of its equity investment in Relatech below the 5% threshold, holding no. 539,156 shares (equal to 4.99% of the share capital); and

• a communication on July 8, 2020, of an increase in its equity investment in Relatech above the 5% threshold, holding no. 541,956 shares (equal to 5.02% of the share capital).

As a result of the foregoing - and as far as the Company is aware - the "significant" shareholders (holders of a shareholding in the share capital of Relatech greater than 5%) are as follows:
