Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 20 July – 24 July 2020

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 27 July 2020

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 20 July and 24 July 2020 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 28April 2020 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 5,874 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.02% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.3370 per share, for a total of Euro 13,727.66.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 20 July and 24 July 2020 are enclosed.
