COMUNICATO STAMPA

RETTIFICA CALENDARIO EVENTI SOCIETARI – ANNO 2020

Pontedera, 29 luglio 2020 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. rende note le date in cui saranno esaminati dal Consiglio di Amministrazione e dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti i risultati economico finanziari della Società:

22 aprile 2020	Assemblea per l'approvazione del Bilancio al 31 dicembre 2019
8 maggio 2020	Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del Resoconto intermedio di gestione al 31 marzo 2020
27 luglio 2020	Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione della Relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2020
30 ottobre 2020	Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del Resoconto intermedio di gestione al 30 settembre 2020

In ottemperanza a quanto prescritto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A., si precisa che l'eventuale pagamento dei dividendi nel corso dell'anno 2020 si articolerà come segue:

• saldo del dividendo 2019: 29 aprile 2020, con data di stacco il 27 aprile 2020;

• acconto del dividendo 2020: 25 novembre 2020, con data di stacco il 23 novembre 2020.

Le conference call per la presentazione dei dati contabili alla comunità finanziaria si svolgeranno, di norma, successivamente alla riunione di approvazione da parte del Consiglio di Amministrazione.

Si precisa che la società, allo scopo di garantire continuità e regolarità di informazioni alla comunità finanziaria, ha deliberato di continuare a pubblicare, su base volontaria, informazioni trimestrali adottando, a decorrere dall'esercizio 2017 e fino a diversa deliberazione, la politica di comunicazione descritta in dettaglio nel comunicato del 15 dicembre 2016.

Eventuali variazioni alle date sopra riportate saranno comunicate tempestivamente. AMENDMENT TO THE ANNUAL CALENDAR OF CORPORATE EVENTS – 2020

Pontedera, 29th July 2020 - Piaggio & C. S.p.A. announces the dates for the examination of the financial results of the Company by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders' Meeting:

April 22nd 2020	Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of the Financial Statements as of 31st December 2019
th 2020 May, 8	Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements as of 31st March 2020
July, 27th 2020	Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Half-Yearly Report as of 30th June 2020
October, 30th 2020	Board of Directors Meeting for the approval of the Interim Management Statements as of 30th September 2020

In accordance with the Instructions accompanying the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., it specifies that any dividends payments during the year 2020 will be scheduled as follows:

• final dividend 2019: 29 th April 2020, with an ex-dividend date of April 27 th 2020;

• interim dividend 2020: 25 th November 2020, with an ex-dividend date of November 23 rd 2020.

Conference calls to present the financial results to the Financial Community will be held following the relevant Board of Directors meetings.

In order to guarantee the continuity and regularity of information for the financial community, the company decided to continue publishing quarterly disclosures, on a voluntary basis, and to adopt the communication policy as from 2017 and until further notice as explained in the press release dated 15th December 2016.

Any amendments to the above calendar will be notified to the market timely.
