Gas Plus S.p.A.: updated 2020 financial calendar

Milan, 3 August 2020 – pursuant to Section 2.6.2, Paragraph 1, letter b), of the Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Markets Rules ("Regolamento dei mercati organizzati e gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A."), Gas Plus S.p.A informs about the updating of the 2020 financial calendar, lastly published on 27 March 2020.

Specifically, the Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of the half-yearly report as at 30 June 2020 set for 6 August 2020 is postponed to 11 September 2020.

The company will convene the meeting in compliance with the law and regulatory provisions, and their relevant requirements.

Conference calls for the presentation of the accounting data to the financial community will be held afterwards the above mentioned Board of Directors' meeting. Any amendment to the above calendar will be promptly disclosed.
