Milan, 13 August 2020 – Further to the news release published on 6 August 2020, we herewith inform that, in compliance with current regulations, the consolidated half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2020 of Banco BPM and the independent auditor's report are available to the public at the registered office of Banco BPM, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the corporate website of Banco BPM www.bancobpm.it ("Investor Relations – Financial Reports" section), as well as on the website of the authorized central storage mechanism .
