Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 10 August – 14 August 2020

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 17 August 2020

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 10 August and 14 August 2020 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 28 April 2020 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 14,500 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.046% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.2564 per share, for a total of Euro 32,717.20.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 10 August and 14 August 2020 are enclosed.
