FIERA MILANO: MARCO PACINI NOMINATO DIRETTORE OPERATIVO

Milano, 1 settembre 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. comunica che, con efficacia dalla data odierna, il Dottor Marco Pacini assume la posizione di Direttore Operativo, restando in capo allo stesso anche la responsabilità quale Chief Financial Officer e Dirigente preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili e societari.

Le principali aree di responsabilità del Direttore Operativo includono i servizi a organizzatori, espositori e visitatori, le attività di Fiera Milano Media, security e gestione dei quartieri fieristici, nonché il Procurement e i servizi ICT. Al Direttore Operativo riporteranno anche gli Affari Istituzionali, in coordinamento funzionale con il Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione.

FIERA MILANO: MARCO PACINI APPOINTED CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Milano, 1 September 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. communicates that, effective today, Mr. Marco Pacini has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Pacini will retain his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer and Manager responsible for preparing the company accounts.

The main responsibilities of the Chief Operating Officer include services to organisers, exhibitors e visitors, Fiera Milano Media activities, security and management of exhibition sites, together with Procurement and ICT services. Institutional Affairs will report to the Chief Operating Officer, together with a functional line coordination with the Chairman of the Board of Directors, too.
