Resignation of Standing Statutory Auditor Fulvia Astolfi
Milan, 5 September 2020 – Further to the press release published on 7 August 2020, Banco BPM announces that on 4 September 2020, Ms. Fulvia Astolfi, who took over the role of Standing Statutory Auditor of Banco BPM on 7 August 2020, submitted her resignation, effective immediately, due to professional commitments that have arisen.
Pursuant to the Articles of Association and current regulations, the Alternate Statutory Auditor Mr. Wilmo Carlo Ferrari shall replace her in the role of Standing Statutory Auditor until the next Shareholders' Meeting.
Pursuant to art. IA.2.6.7 of the Instructions on the Regulation of Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Banco BPM informs that, based on the available information, Ms. Astolfi does not hold any Banco BPM shares and Mr. Ferrari holds no. 101 Banco BPM shares.
