FinecoBank: dimissioni del Presidente del Collegio Sindacale

Milano, 17 settembre 2020

FinecoBank S.p.A. rende noto che la dott.ssa Elena Spagnol ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di Sindaco Effettivo e di Presidente del Collegio Sindacale, con effetto dal 1° ottobre 2020, per ragioni personali.

Per l'effetto, ai sensi di legge e di statuto, a far data dal 1° ottobre 2020 e fino alla prossima assemblea, subentrerà nella carica di Sindaco Effettivo e Presidente del Collegio Sindacale la dott.ssa Luisa Marina Pasotti, attuale Sindaco Supplente.

Il curriculum vitae della dott.ssa Pasotti, già messo a disposizione del pubblico in occasione dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 28 aprile 2020 per la nomina dell'intero Collegio Sindacale, è consultabile sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.finecobank.it, nella Sezione Governance/Cariche Sociali.

FinecoBank: Resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors

Milan, 17 September 2020

FinecoBank informs that Ms. Elena Spagnol resigned from her office as Statutory Auditor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company. The resignation, due to personal reasons, shall have effect from 1st October 2020.

According to the rules of law and the provisions set forth in the Company's By-law, Ms. Luisa Marina Pasotti, who was already an alternate Statutory Auditor, shall replace Ms. Spagnol from 1st October as Statutory Auditor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Company until the next Shareholders' Meeting.

The curriculum vitae of Ms. Pasotti, already made available to the public at the Shareholders' Meeting held on 28 April 2020 for the appointment of the entire Board of Statutory Auditors, can be consulted on the Company's website at www.finecobank.it, in the Governance / Company Boards Section.
