29 settembre 2020. Exprivia – società quotata al mercato MTA di Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – rende noto che il Consigliere di amministrazione ing. Stefano Pileri ha comunicato, in data 28 settembre 2020 e con decorrenza dalla medesima, le proprie dimissioni dalla carica di Consigliere del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Exprivia per motivi professionali. L'ing. Pileri non rivestiva ulteriori incarichi in Comitati interni dell'Emittente.
Alla data odierna alla Società non risulta che l'ing. Pileri possieda azioni di Exprivia S.p.A.
Il Presidente e Amministratore Delegato, anche a nome dell'intero Consiglio di Amministrazione, del Collegio Sindacale e del management di Exprivia S.p.A., rivolge un sincero ringraziamento a Stefano Pileri per il contributo professionale prestato.

September 29, 2020. Exprivia - a company listed on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana [XPR.MI] – informs that the Director Mr. Stefano Pileri notified, on the 28th September 2020 with immediate effect, his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors due to professional reasons. Mr. Pileri did not hold further positions in the Issuer's internal committees.
As of today, as per the Company's knowledge, Mr. Pileri does not own Exprivia's shares.
The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, also on behalf of the entire Board of Directors, Board of Statutory Auditors and management of Exprivia S.p.A., expresses his sincere thanks to Stefano Pileri for his professional contribution.
