Milan, 29 September 2020 - Following the news release of 24 January 2020 relating to the Corporate Events calendar for the year 2020 and in compliance with art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b) of the Rules of Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Banco BPM announces that, as decided today by the Board of Directors, the additional periodic information as at 30 September 2020 will be submitted for approval in the anticipated board meeting of 5 November 2020, instead of 6 November 2020 as originally envisaged.
