Milano, 1 ottobre 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. informa che, in data odierna, la documentazione presentata dall'Azionista Ente Autonomo Fiera Internazionale di Milano (di seguito Fondazione) relativa alla nomina di un Consigliere di Amministrazione prevista in occasione dell'Assemblea Ordinaria e Straordinaria degli Azionisti del 2 ottobre prossimo, è stata messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la Sede legale e la Sede operativa e amministrativa della Società.
Si segnala che il nominativo indicato da Fondazione è stato individuato nell'ambito di una lista ristretta di candidati selezionati da Fiera Milano, nell'ambito del piano di successione implementato dalla Società a seguito delle dimissioni del precedente amministratore delegato.
La suddetta documentazione è, altresì, consultabile sul sito internet della Società www.fieramilano.it, nella sezione Investitori/Governance/Assemblea degli Azionisti e nel meccanismo di stoccaggio eMarket Storage ().

Fiera Milano S.p.A. communicates that today the information document presented by the shareholder Ente Autonomo Fiera Internazionale di Milano (hereinafter the Foundation) regarding the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors at the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be held on 2 October 2020 has been made publicly available at both the registered office and the operating and administrative headquarters of the Company.
It should be noted that the person indicated by the Foundation was identified from a shortlist of candidates selected by Fiera Milano, as part of the succession plan implemented by the Company following the resignation of the previous Chief Executive Officer.
The aforementioned document is also available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it, in the section Investors/Governance/Shareholders' meetings, and on the eMarket Storage system ().
