RELATECH: CALENDARIO EVENTI FINANZIARI

Intensificata l'attività di Investor Relation per il prossimo trimestre 2020

Milano, 13 ottobre 2020

Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company e PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT), comunica, di aver intensificato ulteriormente il calendario degli eventi societari rivolto al mondo finanziario al fine di mantenere costante e trasparente la comunicazione con i propri investitori. Prendendo atto dell'incertezza di mercato attuale, Relatech, come già comunicato agli inizi della pandemia da Covid-19, si impegna a garantire update ricorrenti sull'andamento della Società a tutti gli stakeholder.

Di seguito il calendario eventi predisposto dalla società:

• 19 e 20 ottobre 2020: Partecipazione alla 20° edizione dell'European Mid Cap Paris "Phygital" Event organizzato da CF&B Communication (http://mid2020.midcapevents.com/);

• 28 ottobre 2020: Relatech Conference call - Presentazione di taluni dati gestionali economico-finanziari consolidati relativi al trimestre chiuso al 30/09/2020;

- 3 e 4 novembre 2020: Partecipazione evento virtuale NEXT GEMS – Microcap Conference organizzato da Virgilio IR (VirgilioLab S.r.l., https://virgilioir.com/event.php?id\_event=20);

• 19 novembre 2020: Webinar "Relatech X" - Relatech, in qualità di D.E.S.K. Company (Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge Company) terrà un webinar di approfondimento sulle Digital Enabler Technologies, tecnologie d'avanguardia abilitanti alla Digital Innovation & Transformation delle aziende. Il webinar coinvolgerà anche ospiti esterni;

• 1 e 2 dicembre 2020: Partecipazione all'evento virtuale MID & SMALL in Milan 2020, organizzato da Virgilio IR(VirgilioLab S.r.l., https://www.virgilioir.com/event.php?id\_event=19);

• 22 dicembre 2020: Relatech virtual kick-off – Relatech fornirà una overview dello stato attuale societario e un'analisi dell'andamento finanziario che ha contraddistinto la società nel corso del 2020. Si ripercorreranno gli avvenimenti salienti che hanno contraddistinto la società nel 2020 e, si presenteranno, altresì, i next steps e la strategia di crescita per l'anno venturo.

Pasquale Lambardi, Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione Relatech, afferma: "Considerata l'attuale situazione di incertezza, la società ha preso un impegno con i propri investitori e con il mercato, quello di instaurare una comunicazione trasparente con tutti gli stakeholders. In quest'ottica, Relatech ha ulteriormente intensificato il calendario di eventi finanziari dei prossimi mesi, prevedendo almeno un appuntamento mensile con la società, che si rende disponibile per momenti di incontro, confronto e aggiornamento con il mercato. Sulla base della nostra strategia di crescita fondata sulle 3M Strategy, Merge, Management e Margin e con l'obiettivo di internazionalizzazione di medio-lungo periodo, abbiamo previsto di partecipare anche ad eventi internazionali, in modo da ampliare la nostra presenza sul mercato estero, dove siamo già presenti con diverse partnership di business (oltre il 50% del nostro fatturato deriva da clienti esteri)."

Investor Relations activities intensified for the

next quarter 2020

Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), announces that, announces that it has further intensified the calendar of corporate events aimed at the financial world in order to maintain constant and transparent communication with its investors. Taking note of the current market uncertainty, Relatech, as already communicated at the beginning of the pandemic by Covid-19, is committed to guaranteeing recurring updates on the Company's performance to all stakeholders.

Below is the calendar of events prepared by the company:
