FIERA MILANO: VARIAZIONE CALENDARIO SOCIETARIO 2020

Rettifica calendario annuale degli eventi societari ai sensi dell'articolo 2.6.2 comma 1 lettera b) del Regolamento dei Mercati Organizzati e Gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

Milano, 19 ottobre 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. rende noto, a variazione di quanto già comunicato in data 19 dicembre 2019, che il Consiglio di Amministrazione per l'approvazione del Resoconto Intermedio di Gestione al 30 settembre 2020, inizialmente previsto per il giorno 5 novembre 2020, si terrà il giorno 10 novembre 2020.

FIERA MILANO: AMENDMENT OF THE 2020 FINANCIAL AGENDA

Amendment of the financial agenda pursuant to article 2.6.2 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

Milan, 19 October 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. hereby informs that the Board of Directors for the approval of the Consolidated Interim Management Report as at 30 September 2020 will be held on 10 November 2020, instead of 5 November 2020, which was originally communicated on 19 December 2019.
