Mondo TV: anche Clementoni si aggiunge alla squadra dei MeteoHereos

Concluso un nuovo accordo di licensing per il lancio in diversi paesi di alcuni prodotti giocattolo derivati dalla serie attualmente in onda in Italia

21 ottobre 2020 – Mondo TV comunica che Clementoni S.p.A., società italiana leader nella produzione e distribuzione di giochi educativi, con sede a Recanati, ha acquistato da Mondo TV S.p.A. una licenza per diversi territori tra cui Italia, Svizzera italiana, Francia, Turchia, Portogallo, Spagna, Polonia e Ungheria, per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della serie TV MeteoHeroes per la produzione e commercio di alcune categorie di prodotti giocattolo.

La licenza prevede lo sfruttamento del brand per due anni fino alla fine del 2022; l'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito, in sé non particolarmente significativo, e di royalties da parte della licenziataria a favore di Mondo TV per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito.

L'accordo conferma il grande interesse che la serie MeteoHeores, attualmente in onda in prime time in Italia, sta riscuotendo nel settore licensing e merchandising da cui è possibile quindi attendersi importanti ritorni di royalties per la Mondo TV.

Mondo TV: also Clementoni joins the MeteoHereos team

A new licensing agreement has been reached for the launch in various countries of a slate of toy products derived from the series currently airing in Italy

21 October 2020 – Mondo TV announced that Clementoni S.p.A., a leading Italian company based in Recanati and active in the production and distribution of educational games, has purchased from Mondo TV S.p.A. a license for various countries, among which Italy, Ticino, France, Turkey, Portugal, Spain, Poland and Hungary for the exploitation of the licensing and merchandising rights of the TV series MeteoHeroes for the production and distribution of various toy products.

The license provides for the exploitation of the brand for two years ending by end of 2022; the agreement provides for the payment by the licensee in favor of Mondo TV of a minimum guarantee amount, not significant in itself, as well as royalties for sales exceeding the minimum guaranteed amount.

The agreement confirms once again huge interest raised by the series MeteoHeroes, currently aring in prime time in Italy, in the licensing and merchandising sector from which it is possible to expect important returns in terms of royalties for Mondo TV.
