FIERA MILANO: DEPOSITO VERBALE ASSEMBLEA E NUOVO STATUTO SOCIALE

Milano, 26 ottobre 2020. Fiera Milano comunica che il verbale dell'Assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria degli Azionisti, tenutasi il 2 ottobre 2020, unitamente al testo del nuovo statuto sociale, sono stati messi a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede operativa e amministrativa.

Fiera Milano informs that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, held on 2 October 2020, and the new Articles of Association have been made available to the public at the registered office and at the operational and administrative headquarters of the Company.

The aforementioned documents are also available on the Company website www.fieramilano.it, in the Investors/Governance section, and on the authorised storage system eMarket Storage ().

This notice contains a true translation in English of the notice in Italian "DEPOSITO VERBALE ASSEMBLEA ORDINARIA E STRAORDINARIA DEGLI AZIONISTI". For any difference between the two texts, the Italian version of the notice shall prevail upon the English version.
