FinecoBank comunica che, in data 29 ottobre 2020, l'agenzia S&P Global Ratings ha rivisto l'outlook a stabile da negativo, confermando il rating a lungo termine pari a 'BBB' e a breve termine pari a 'A-2'. L'outlook stabile riflette quello della Repubblica Italiana.
Secondo l'agenzia S&P Global Ratings, Fineco "sarà meno esposta ai rischi collegati alla forte incertezza dello scenario macroeconomico in Italia rispetto alle banche puramente commerciali, grazie al suo modello di business innovativo, digitale e ben diversificato, che è solo marginalmente concentrato sull'attività creditizia".
L'outlook stabile di FinecoBank, spiega S&P Global Ratings, "riflette il modello di business resiliente della Banca e il limitato rischio di credito le permetterà di assorbire l'imbatto derivante dalle difficili condizioni economiche, ma mantenendo la propria solvibilità".

FinecoBank announces that S&P Global Ratings has yesterday revised the outlook on the Bank to stable from negative to reflect the sovereign rating action and affirmed the 'BBB' long-term and 'A-2' short-term issuer credit ratings.
According to S&P Global Ratings, FinecoBank is expected to be "less exposed to risks related to the highly uncertain macroeconomic environment in Italy than purely commercial banks, due to its digitally innovative and well-diversified business model, which is only marginally focused on lending activities".
For S&P Global Ratings "the stable outlook on Fineco reflects the view that the bank's resilient business model and limited credit risk will allow it to absorb the impact of the difficult domestic economic conditions while maintaining its creditworthiness".
