Relatech S.p.A., Digital Enabler Solution Knowledge (D.E.S.K.) Company e PMI innovativa quotata sul mercato AIM Italia (Ticker: RLT), rende noto, in data odierna, ai sensi e per gli effetti della Disciplina sulla Trasparenza e dell'articolo 17 del Regolamento Emittenti AIM Italia, di aver ricevuto comunicazione in data 30 ottobre 2020 da parte di Kairos Partners SGR S.p.A., ai sensi delle disposizioni dell'articolo 9 dello statuto sociale, di aver ridotto la partecipazione al capitale sociale della società Relatech S.p.A., pari a Euro 109.225,07, sotto la soglia del 5% possedendo n. 538.356 azioni (pari al 4,93% del capitale sociale Relatech) a seguito dell'esecuzione dell'operazione che ha determinato il Cambiamento Sostanziale.

Company and innovative SME listed on AIM Italia market (Ticker: RLT), announces today, pursuant to and for the effects of the Discipline on Transparency and article 17 of the AIM Italia Issuers Regulation, that it has received communication on October 30, 2020 from Kairos Partners SGR S.p.A., pursuant to the provisions of the Article 9 of the Articles of Association, to have reduced the participation in the share capital of Relatech S.p.A., equal to Euro 109.225,07, below the 5% threshold, holding no. 538,356 shares (equal to 4.93% of the share capital of Relatech) following the execution of the operation that determined the Substantial Change.
