Servizi Italia: notification of share buy-back period 02 November – 06 November 2020

Castellina di Soragna (PR), Italy, 09 November 2020

Servizi Italia S.p.A. informs that, in the period between 02 November and 06 November 2020 the Company bought on the Milan Stock Exchange, pursuant to the resolution passed at the Shareholder's Meeting held on 28 April 2020 (previously communicated as per Art. 144 bis of Consob regulation 11971/1999), n. 3,000 ordinary shares (corresponding to 0.009% of the Company's share capital) at an average price of Euro 2.0671 per share, for a total of Euro 6,201.25.

Details of all buyback transactions on the MTA (Italian Equity Market) in the period between 02 November and 06 November 2020 are enclosed.
