Milan, 4 November 2024. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that, with reference to the share buyback program started on 3 June 2024 (see press release) in execution of the resolution of the shareholders' meeting of 29 April 2024, during the period from 28 October to 1 November 2024, purchased a total of 1.277 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of EUR 25,612843 per share, for a total value of EUR 32.707,60. Therefore, as of the date of this press release, DHH holds directly no. 32.338 treasury shares, equal to 0,66% of the share capital.

Milan, 4 November 2024. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622) announces that, with reference to the share buyback program started on 3 June 2024 (see press release) in execution of the resolution of the shareholders' meeting of 29 April 2024, during the period from 28 October to 1 November 2024, purchased a total of 1.277 ordinary shares at a weighted average price of EUR 25,612843 per share, for a total value of EUR 32.707,60.

The purchases were made through MiT SIM S.p.A. – intermediary appointed in full independence and autonomy for the implementation of the share buyback program – in compliance with the applicable provisions of the law and regulations and in accordance with the methods, terms and conditions set forth in the shareholders' authorization for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares.

Based on the information provided by the intermediary in charge of carrying out the purchases, the details of the treasury share purchase transactions on a daily basis and, attached, in detailed form, the transactions carried out during the aforementioned period are shown below:
