ZDF Enterprises e Toon2Tango collaborano alla produzione da parte del Gruppo Mondo TV alla nuova serie TV Grisù in CGI

ZDF Enterprises entra come co-produttore tramite un accordo con Toon2Tango e Mondo TV per la coproduzione di una serie di 52 episodi da 11 minuti ciascuno basati sulla famosa property classica Grisù creata dai suoi autori originali Nino e Toni Pagot

Mondo TV lavorerà tramite la propria rete aziendale con 3 delle società del Gruppo per produrre la serie, lavorando a stretto contatto con il proprio partner tedesco Toon2Tango mentre il co-produttore ZDF Enterprises sarà distributore mondiale della nuova serie

16 novembre 2020: Mondo TV comunica di aver stipulato tramite la propria controllata Mondo TV France e con il partner tedesco Toon2Tango un accordo di coproduzione con ZDF Enterprises GmbH, società appartenente al gruppo della principale emittente nazionale tedesca ZDF.

Il Gruppo Mondo TV, Toon2Tango e ZDF Enterprises co-produrranno congiuntamente la nuova serie basata sul classico dell'animazione "Grisù", creato dai suoi autori originali Nino e Toni Pagot.

La nuova serie, attualmente in fase di pre-produzione, si comporrà di 52 nuovi episodi di 11 minuti ciascuno che saranno realizzati con la tecnica 3D CGI ad opera delle società del Gruppo Mondo TV con la consulenza del partner Toon2Tango.

ZDF Enterprises sarà responsabile della distribuzione mondiale dei diritti di sfruttamento audiovisivo, con l'esclusione dei territori di Italia, Francia e Spagna.

In base all'accordo con ZDF Enterprises, i diritti di L&M in tutto il mondo rimarranno in capo ai partner Mondo TV /Toon2Tango.

Nell'ambito dell'accordo, ZDF Enterprises sarà anche attivamente coinvolta nelle attività artistiche e creative.

Per la prima volta nella storia del gruppo, il servizio per la realizzazione della produzione sarà svolto in larga parte internamente al Gruppo Mondo TV, anche con il coinvolgimento del nuovo studio di Tenerife in fase di allestimento e gestito da Mondo TV Producciones Canarias. Mondo TV France e Mondo TV S.p.A. parteciperanno come co-produttori occupandosi principalmente di pre-produzione e post-produzione.

La serie dovrebbe essere completata nella seconda metà del 2022.

ZDF Enterprises partners with Toon2Tango for Mondo TV Group's production of the new CGI TV-series Grisù

ZDF Enterprises comes on board as the co-producer via an agreement with Toon2Tango and Mondo for the co-production of a series of 52 episodes by 11 minutes each based on the famous classic property Grisù created by its original authors Nino and Toni Pagot

MONDO TV will work via its corporate network with 3 of its own subsidiaries to produce the show. MONDO Italy will work closely with its German partner Toon2Tango on the production of the show and co-producer ZDF Enterprises will be worldwide distributor of the new series.

-- November 2020 – Mondo TV Group announces that through its subsidiary Mondo TV France it has executed with its German partner Toon2Tango a co-production agreement with ZDF Enterprises GmbH, a company belonging to the group of the main German national broadcaster ZDF.

MONDO TV GROUP, Toon2Tango and ZDF Enterprises will jointly co-produce the new series based on the classic property "Grisù" created by its original authors Nino and Toni Pagot.

The new series, currently in the pre-production phase, will come with 52 new episodes of 11 minutes each with the 3D CGI technique by the companies of the Mondo TV Group with the advice of its partner Toon2Tango.

ZDF Enterprises will be responsible for the worldwide distribution of the audiovisual exploitation rights, excl. excluding Italy, France and Spain.

Worldwide L&M rights will be handled by MONDO TV, Toon2Tango via its distribution network.

As part of the agreement, ZDF Enterprises will also be actively involved in the artistic and creative activities.

For the first time in the history of the group, the production will be largely carried out internally, with the involvement of the new studio in Tenerife which is being set up and is managed by Mondo TV Producciones Canarias. Mondo TV France and Mondo TV S.p.A. will participate as co-producers mainly dealing respectively with pre-production and post-production.

The series is scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2022.
