Si consolida con il principale gruppo editoriale spagnolo il piano licensing su Feisty Pets nella penisola iberica

26 novembre 2020 – Mondo TV comunica che nella sua qualità di sub-agente di Surge Licensing Inc., master agent della property Feisty Pets, ha concluso un accordo di licenza con Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, S.A.U., il principale gruppo editoriale spagnolo, per lo sfruttamento dei diritti di licensing e merchandising della property Feisty Pets, per la pubblicazione di diversi prodotti editoriali in Spagna, Portogallo e Andorra

La licenza prevede lo sfruttamento del brand fino a giugno 2022; l'accordo prevede il pagamento di un minimo garantito, in sé non particolarmente significativo, e di royalties per le vendite eccedenti l'importo del minimo garantito sulle quali Mondo TV maturerà le proprie commissioni.

Feisty Pets si conferma così come property di interesse nel mercato del licensing anche nella penisola iberica.

Mondo TV: an agreement was reached with Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial on Feisty Pets for the Iberian peninsula

The licensing plans for Feisty Pets in the Iberian peninsula strengthens with the main Spanish publisher

26 November 2020 - Mondo TV announced that in its capacity of sub-agent of Surge Licensing Ltd, master agent of the IP Feisty Pets, it has entered into a license agreement with Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial, S.A.U., the main Spanish publisher, for the exploitation of the licensing and merchandising rights of the property Feisty Pets, for the release of several publishing products in Spain, Portugal and Andorra.

The license involves the exploitation of the brand up to June 2022; the agreement provides for the payment by licensee of a minimum guarantee, itself not particularly significant, and royalties for sales exceeding the minimum guaranteed amount on which Mondo TV will accrue its commissions.

Feisty Pets confirms to be a property which creates interest in the licensing pitch also in the Iberian Peninsula.
