The Board of Directors resolves to call the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of B&C Speakers S.p.A. for the introduction of a mechanism for increased vote.

Bagno a Ripoli (Fi), 30 November 2020 – The Company's Board of Directors has resolved to call the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of B&C Speakers S.p.A. to submit to the shareholders a proposal to amend the Articles of Association aimed at introducing a mechanism for increased vote, in accordance with the provisions and permitted by Article 127-quinquies of the T.U.F. (Testo Unico della Finanza), for the primary purpose of encouraging engagement and long-term investments by shareholders.

B&C Speakers S.p.A. is an international leader in designing, producing, distributing and promoting professional electro-acoustic transducers (the main components in acoustic speakers for music, commonly referred to as loudspeakers), supplied mainly to professional audio-system manufacturers (OEM).
